All rooms come with a full kitchen, a king-size bed, and loaded with all the amenities; POOL / Boat Dock / Tiki Bar The Space: Enchanted Inn is limited to 7 private Suites on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. This Suite comes fully equipped with all the amenities of home. \*\*This unit is located on the second floor. Guest must be comfortable and able to use stairs/No Elevator Available\*\* This unit includes: \* LIVING AREA: Sofa and Flat Screen TV. \* DINING AREA: Seating at Dining Table with room for 2 with Slider opening to an outdoor lower deck. NUMBER OF GUESTS should not exceed 2 people. This is a studio suite with one King size bed. This property is best suitable for guests over the age of 16. DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: While we welcome groups celebrating life events, LOUD OR VULGAR LANGUAGE OR DRUNKEN OR OTHER INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION OF ALL PARTIES AND THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AT THE PROPERTY OWNER'S DISCRETION. VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. We have very limited parking on property. VISITORS AT THE POOL: Our pool is built to accommodate max occupancy of each unit comfortable and safely. Our first priority is making sure our guests have access to the pool, therefore outside visitors are not permitted to use the pool. NO VAPING/SMOKING is allowed whatsoever inside the unit. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found indoors, you will be subject to an additional fee of $250\. Smoking is allowed on porches only, with slider doors shut. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. General check in time is 2PM and Checkout time is 10AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $250. EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner. PET POLICY: We love furry friends, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken. Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines: \-Must remain under handler control at all times. \-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose) \-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability. \-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal. \-Must be house broken. Launching the boat was easy and close to Enchanted Inn. The boat dock at Enchanted Inn offered us a quick, secure way to dock our boat and explore! The booking manager of the place was diligent and accurate in giving us directions how to park our boat trailer on location. The room was clean equipped with all you need to have a comfortable stay with views of the water. It was great to have our morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sun coming up in the morning. Likewise the evenings were also great to sit outside and sip some wine and just chill.The location is an easy walk to the main strip with shopping and eateries. The drive up and down the beach and to Tampa Airport on via Rt 60 is right there.Parking is in front of the unit and access to the apartment with the keypad was simple. Communication with management was excellent.The Studio apartment is definitely in need of updating. Everything looks aged, especially the rust along the side of the refrigerator by the bathroom door. The room lacked comfortable seating. There is no room for a sofa or comfy type chair. But you can see that in the photos before you book. we knew we were going to spend most of our time outside so this was not an too much of an issue. The bed was comfortable but way too high off the ground. My 5'1" wife needed a boost to get up. I would suggest maybe a step platform for the vertically challenged. The Kitchen had everything we needed, But it was obviously stocked for only 2 people.The Bathroom also is dated and small but the water pressure in the shower was very good. All in all Enchanted Inn gave us exactly what we needed for this short visit. The location is excellent and I would definitely rent from them again,but go for a bigger unit ##### Jim A. We even saw a dolphin. The area was quiet and within walking distance to everything. The other guests were nice, and we even met the owner. We had everything we needed and loved the special little added touches. This was exactly what I needed and was looking for. If you want something close, quiet and relaxing this is your place. Other?. Bedside table the size of a postage stamp with only one light working. Sliding glass doorway looking out over the water cloudy and couldn’t see. After checking in we noticed a couple things were missing on the amenities list. We didn't want anyone to think that we were responsible for these items to be missing, plus we needed these things, so we contacted the property owner who took care of this problem very quickly. We really appreciated that. Otherwise, the property turned out to be exactly as advertised. It was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable and great location.
