JOHNS PASS "Studio 4" Fisherman's Cove & Cottages

Waterfront view - Studio 4 - Newley Renovated . No expense spared. Quality Linens, Smart Television, Quality Oversized Leather reclining love seat, Custom hybrid queen bed, full kitchen. Very comfortable for 2. If you have a larger family Studio 4 and 3 can be rented together and have an adjoining door to accommodate 4. This property is situated on a quite water front cove where 4 commercial fishing boats dock. If you get lucky enough you may run into the captain and crew either before or after their trip docking their vessel. Just under 150 steps to Village Blvd. in the heart of Johns Pass historic fishing village. Johns Pass offers Shopping, restaurants, water sports, tiki boat tours, bars and Fish Famous Wild Seafood Market at Dons Dock. Come watch a commercial fishing boat unload their catch on the boardwalk above Dons Dock. Or take a quick 5-to-7-minute walk down the boardwalk to our beautiful sandy beach for a day of fun in the sun or to wind down and watch one of our stunning sunsets.

Please bring all personal hygiene products. We will only supply paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and hand soap.

We have Two Nautica Back Pack 5 position lay back beach chairs in the unit under the bed. We have beach towels but they are just basic beach towels like you see at a hotel. If you want the really large beach towels I would recommend bringing.

No Smoking - If you smoke we will charge a $250 Cleaning Fee

Great place to stay!
The property was exactly as pictured, newly renovated, very clean and very comfortable for two. They efficiently used every inch of space and there was plenty of storage for our clothes, etc. In close walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beach. Would highly recommend.

The perfect stay!
Vicky, the host, is amazing. She is great at sending out all the information you will need the day before you arrive. She is available if you have any questions during your stay. The property is very clean and well maintained. You are on the water. Dolphins love to visit at sunrise and sunset. George, the Great Egret, will pop in to say hi from time to time. The location is perfect for walking to John’s Pass. There are several food options, shopping opportunities, and live music. You can walk to the beach, grab a boat ride, or dolphin watch from the boardwalk and under the bridge. There is a Publix near by if you need groceries. The Tampa Bay Rays have an indoor stadium if you like baseball and are looking for something to do during a rainy day. A Lyft is around $20-$24 each way if you don’t want to drive. If you are looking to escape and relax this is the perfect place. The pictures don’t do it justice. Be sure you catch a sunrise and a sunset. The pictures will turn out so good with the boats docked in front of the rental. We utilized the outdoor seating the entire trip. We were fortunate to have great neighbors also renting from Vicky. We enjoyed chatting with them. BOOK THIS PROPERTY! You will not be disappointed.

Loved it! Owner was really easy to correspond with before and during stay. Top notch work put into the studios. Really nice and quiet on the back street, fished off the back dock (with our fishing license of course). Walking distance within food/ocean/shops/fishing. Want to go back. Grill outside helped us grill our fish catch.

Comfortable bed and couch. Place is small but perfect for two people and has all the little things to help make you vacation a good one. Mostly quiet with being so close to so much, the bamboo bar with live entertainment was one of my favorite places to eat drink and listen to good music. The beach was a 10 minute walk ( I’m 66 years old) John’s pass boardwalk was 5 minute walk.

Short trip on my own
I stayed here by myself as I was visiting for a wedding in St.Petersburg. I felt very safe, the unit was incredibly clean with updated decor and appliances. My unit also had a view of the water which was awesome. Checking in and out was super easy. I would highly recommend this rental for one or two people.

Beautiful beach, restaurants and shops and activities all within walking distance!!! Accommodation was clean, well organized and had everything needed, including parking. We had only a short stay but will definitely be back.

Great location, clean, but tight quarters
The property was as advertised, but the photos made it look a bit larger than it was. The bed was a bit small (full) for our comfort, the bathroom was elegant, but also a bit tight and difficult to dehumidify after a shower. The vent exhausted into the living space which was not optimal. Loved the sofa!!!! Meant to take a photo of the brand, etc. for future consideration for my home, forgot. The whole time we were there, we kept saying that it was a shame that the seating was not arranged so that we could look out into the lagoon on cold and breezy days. We had a good view of it from our room, but no comfortable seating inside. The outdoor area was very nice. We enjoyed watching the wildlife (birds and dolphins) on warm days. There are four boats that dock at this location. 3 of them were gone for four days of our 7 day stay. You can't beat the location. 5 minute walk to dining and shopping: 15 to beach.

Absolutely amazing! This place is absolutely hands down the cleanest most well decorated place we have EVER stayed in! Bed and couch were very comfortable the studio is very well decorated ,the patio was very relaxing, so close to beautiful beach and tons of fun, the fishing boats were great! Thank you so much Jason for the awesome education you gave us we enjoyed the learning experience we are still talking about it ❤️ From now on every time we have a fish dinner we will think of you and your hard working crews❤️ So glad we had the opportunity to meet some amazing people ❤️ Vicky the property manager is great so quick to respond,extremely helpful,very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area! Perfect location and space for our beach getaway!
Vicky (property manager) was great with all communication. The property is perfectly decorated, beautiful layout and comfortable bed and couch for relaxing. We loved being able to walk to the beach and countless bars and restaurants. We.hope to be back in the future!

We loved staying here! Water access was great for fishing and viewing of sea life. The unit is beautiful. Bed could be softer, but some like a hard bed. Very well done and I loved the style! Small enough for sharing patio space, plenty of parking, quiet and walking distance to the village and the Pass. Very hospitable host and easy to contact with questions, etc.. Wish we could have our small dog there, but we did enjoy our stay.

Awesome place
My husband and I stayed for 15 nights and enjoyed every minute. The room is exactly as described in the pictures, actually better. Everything you need is in a short walking distance. As described, the unit is small (I would say “mini”) but incredibly well decorated with a great use of space. The owner was so responsive and had many nice touches for the renters including nice beach chairs and towels. It was cozy and very clean!!! Walking distance to John’s Pass restaurants and shops yet very quiet…we really liked it.

Amazing location and property!
Unit was exactly as described, pictures don’t do the property justice! All communication with host was incredibly quick and responsive. The unit was spotless, decorated great, very nice design overall. Every space was thoughtfully designed for the maximum comfort of the guests. Being able to walk to all of the restaurants and other attractions at John’s Pass was fantastic! The beach is a short walk away as well! Had the pleasure of meeting a few of the fishermen as they were wrapping up their trips before the holiday! Would give this location 10 stars if possible! Vicky is an absolute amazing host! Thank you, would definitely stay here again!

The property is updated with cute beach decor and newer furniture. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of heat and pressure. It was the perfect room for my husband and I to chill and it was walking distance to John's pass.
