We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. It's just a walk across the street down a walkway or through a parking lot to the beach with crystal clear water. Restaurants are also in walking distance. We appreciated that there were some folding beach chairs, toys and pool towels available to use. The location is great and close enough to the beach. It has a couple of coolers and beach chairs. The washer and dryer are nice to have in the unit we even liked the location of the unit in the complex. Being that it isn’t right on the beach it is nice to have the water behind the property where we saw manatee and dolphins. Dawn, Nancy and Carmen were really awesome to work with. They were pleasant and eager to help any way they could. They even helped us find another property in the complex so we could extend our stay. So terrific. A couple of minor things to consider - the carpeting in the main bedroom could maybe use some freshening up. The walking areas are getting worn.
