This home has been redecorated and updated throughout. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a heated and chilled screened-in pool, a private hot tub, and a gas grill. It also has a large dining table for you and your family as well as an outdoor dining area. Outdoor and indoor games are provided. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, coffee bar, beach chairs, and beach towels are also provided. \*\*Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each beachfront city and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/ Please understand that this schedule is out of our control. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.\*\* Kitchen: Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, and crockpot. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available. Dining Area: Dining table with 5 chairs and a bench that sits 2, 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, and sliding glass door leading out to the screened-in porch. Living Room: The living room has a large, comfortable couch w/ pull out bed, and loveseat, coffee table, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, nightstands, closet, and an en-suite bathroom. Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Full bathroom with a standalone shower and a door leading to the garage. Bedroom #2: Has 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 full-over-full bunk bed, a ceiling fan, TV, dresser, and closet. Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a door with access to the screened-in pool. Bedroom #3: Has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, and closet. Garage: Full-size washer and dryer and folding beach chairs. Outdoors: The outdoor area is a screened-in patio/pool with an outdoor dining table, outdoor games, a gas grill, a private hot tub, and a fenced-in backyard. \-- Important Information House Rules: 1\. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2\. No parties or events. 3\. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4\. Adhere to the local noise ordinances. 5\. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided. Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit. Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied. Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature. Parking: This property provides 3-4 parking spaces in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles, and 1 parking spot in the garage. Parking on the street or grass is not permitted. \-- Besides being just a short drive from Indian Rocks Beach, the home is close to a vast array of retail shops, restaurants, bars, movie theaters, grocery stores, urgent care, and pharmacies. We were even able to cook a Christmas dinner in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice, and perfect for a December visit. The house has a ton of TVs, and plenty of places to relax. There are many shops and restaurants within a mile or two and a walkable Publix. A few cons to plan/watch out for:- the master bed squeaks really loudly and is very soft- the management company is very stingy with supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods. You don’t even get enough for one of each per day. So if you have a large group, bring or buy your own- the beach chairs are totally unusable and are so rusty that they are a SAFETY HAZARD. They should be discarded. - neighbors park in the driveway sometimes, it was awkward to ask them to move We were really bummed about not having beach supplies or enough basic supplies to run the dishwasher, collect trash, etc. At this price point, this is unacceptable.Overall it was a nice house to be in. Jul 10, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Honest Review I was asked to give a 5 star review, and I refuse to give a 5 star review when I did NOT receive 5 star service. I want to start by saying the communication was absolutely horrible with the management. They do not answer you right away and have to wait until the next day. I took pictures of light bulbs that were out, and the trash was full upon arrival. The A/C does not work and my family and I were so hot and uncomfortable (especially in the room where the bunk beds are located). There were portable fans in that room I’m assuming because this is an issue, and instead of fixing the issues in this home, management is doing band aid fixes. I think this definitely needs to be exposed because for the price I paid, I expected much better. This was the absolute worst place I have been to. The backyard had no lights that worked and we were in the pitch dark, I actually fell and hurt myself outside because of the lack of lights. There was a light that was supposed to be a sensor light located by the hot tub and when I asked management no one knew why it wasn’t coming on. The hot tub stopped working and someone was sent out the next day. So we missed an entire day of the hot tub. There were several maintenance people that would enter inside the residence without warning. Another time a man from Orkin came barging in (he had code to the house). My daughter who is a minor was on the couch asleep and was startled by a strange man entering the house. I would not recommend. ##### Vanessa B. Having a pool and hottub was awesome! The house was very clean, no issues. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, and people are really nice. We definitely would book the house again. The only complaint I had was on two different occasions, a power guy and the pool guy showed up unannounced. When I texted the owners, they were unaware of the power guy, and after that I didn't text on the pool guy.
