Thank you for your understanding! Well situated ground floor recently updated 2 bd 1 bath condo on St. Pete Beach that sleeps 6\. We welcome weekly or monthly rentals to this unit. Enjoy the pool right outside the front door and walk out to the beautiful white sand beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping close by, some within walking distance. Friendly Native #301 with a full kitchen includes full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and a small selection of pantry items A living room with a window out to the pool, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a combo tub shower. Linens and beach towels are supplied. And for your enjoyment beach chairs and an umbrella for relaxing on the beach and pool noodles for the pool are also included. Additionally there is a charcoal grill and picnic area out the back door. We loved this beach because it's not overly crowded, it's family-friendly, it has a small town vibe, and the condo pool was a great feature for nighttime swimming for the kids. My husband, daughter and I stayed here for our first trip to St. Pete Beach and we loved it! The condo had everything we needed and more. The communication was great. We loved the location to the pool and the beach! The pool was heated which worked out great for staying in April. There were several restraunts within walking distance.
