Located minutes to ALL beaches, popular shopping, dining, nightlife, sporting events & site seeing the Tampa Bay area has to explore. Start your day enjoying the back yard in the morning or in your screened Tiki Florida Room & having your favorite cup of coffee, tea or Bloody Mary while watching & listening to a the birds & squirrels wake up. The Tiki Lanai has a large comfortable seating area with bar top, Smart flat screen TV and a large table to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner at. Then head out to the lovey tropical, private backyard & pool where you can spend every day sunning on the lounge chairs or under the coolness of oak trees while listening to your favorite music from your phone on the Wifi/Bluetooth speakers around the pool. Set up the cornhole in the yard & fill up the pool floats then fire up the gas grill when you get hungry. Spent a week in a beautiful home in a great area near many main roadways that can get you wherever you need to be in a timely fashion. Airport, downtown St. Pete, and the beach are all very attainable! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Don’t pass this place up if the choice is yours to make! ##### Justin W. No washer/dryer available, which is a first for me for a house with a pool. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not much for beach trips - just a few beach toys available - no umbrella. The pans were decent for cooking and not beat up like other properties I’ve used. Location was alright with a nice little park down the street. Especially having little kids - I didn’t realize how important the washer/dryer were until I didn’t have one available for our week stay. Owner came by to clean the pool while we weren’t there, which was another first for me with a rental and seemed odd even though she assured me she didn’t go into the house. ##### Megan M. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and was available for any questions. The house was very cozy and spacious.
