This second-floor beautiful and updated condo in St. Pete Beach is located at Friendly Native, which is just across the street from the beach. Two bedrooms and one bath sleep six guests. Friendly Native 704 has nice updates: a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. Unit 704 has a TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The condo has a view of the tranquil courtyard, the shuffleboard court, and the tiki hut. Unit 704 has a fully equipped kitchen, free wireless internet access, a beautiful new bathroom, and more. The unit is a short walk across the street from endless walks in the sand on St. Pete Beach. This unit offers a perk of 2 doors for entry and exit - one door takes you to the courtyard, and the other door off the kitchen takes you to the heated pool area and beach. Come experience a peaceful and quiet stay and make memories for a lifetime to come! \*\*Please note this property is a non-smoking facility\*\* Friendly Native features 55 individually owned one and two-bedroom condos. The property does not have laundry facilities, but the nearest laundromat is less than a mile away. A shuffleboard court, tiki area, heated pool, and grills/picnic area are on site. The building does not have an elevator. There is one permit for parking provided. Located just a short 2-minute walk from the beautiful St. Pete Beach white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Recently selected as the country’s top beach destination and renowned for its jaw-dropping sunsets, St Pete Beach is an ideal vacation getaway. Many amenities in the area include boat rentals, bike rentals, para-sailing, stand-up paddle boards, fishing, dolphin watch cruises, jet skis, kayaks, and almost any water sport imaginable, plus shopping on Corey Ave and many fantastic restaurants. St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches bordering the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Previously known as St. Petersburg Beach, it has various accommodations, from large-scale resorts to classic Florida mom-and-pop vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida. So we can not rate anything from above in regards to how the place looked in regards to cleanliness. I was unhappy with how it was handle in regards to hurricane.
