VISITORS AT THE POOL: Our pool is built to accommodate max occupancy of each unit comfortable and safely. Our first priority is making sure our guests have access to the pool, therefore outside visitors are not permitted to use the pool. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note there are exterior and 1 interior laundry room video security cameras on the grounds to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. Obstructing, moving, damaging or in any way altering these devices will result in the loss of security deposit and additional charges. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner. PEST CONTROL: In Florida, and many other tropical environments, it’s very common to see bugs and critters. We do our best to keep them out with quarterly pest service but they may occasionally sneak in or into the property. It happens and unfortunately some things are just out of our control. Let us know if you notice something and we will have someone come out to inspect or service as soon as possible. PET POLICY: We love furry friends, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken. Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines: \-Must remain under handler control at all times. \-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose) \-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability. \-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal. \-Must be house broken. Per booking site policy and ADA regulations, Emotional Support Animals are not provided with the same protection as service animals and are not exempt from paying a pet fee. USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50\. The tiny house was great. So much better than a hotel. It was clean, quiet, and centrally located to everything. Our hosts were great, too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to come back again next year. So nice to have the pool available and such lovely guest staying at the same time we did. Our tiny house was so clean and tidy with great amenities and super comfy beds and pillows. Would be lovely to see a couple of umbrellas by the pool next time and found the microwave and stove top a bit tricky to operate - BUT - very very good instruction booklet onsite. Really good communication and Matt the property manager was always visible if you needed anything. Can't say enough good things about this place!! It's right along the Pinella's walking trail and in a quiet area. It's very clean and has everything needed for cooking (if you want to cook). I used the pool every day. The kitchen had everything you needed. The upper deck was a great place to sit out at night. The only thing I could suggest is: get a more comfy couch.
