The house is divided into 2 separate apartments with their own entries (would be great for multiple families, but not a group of friends that want to stay together). The exterior could use a good sweeping/power washing, some of the furniture has changed, the hot tub heater doesn't work, the AC doesn't work properly in the 2nd apartment (and you can't go below 72\* in either unit, some of the blinds are broken, dishwasher doesn't wash thoroughly. It's a dark space... Also, the house is tucked away in the back of a local residential neighborhood. ##### Katie A.
