The house is divided into 2 separate apartments with their own entries (would be great for multiple families, but not a group of friends that want to stay together). The exterior could use a good sweeping/power washing, some of the furniture has changed, the hot tub heater doesn't work, the AC doesn't work properly in the 2nd apartment (and you can't go below 72\* in either unit, some of the blinds are broken, dishwasher doesn't wash thoroughly. It's a dark space... Also, the house is tucked away in the back of a local residential neighborhood. ##### Katie A. Our family very much enjoyed celebrating my mother in law's 80th birthday at Crystal Beach Paradise! Of course we were there during a historic arctic blast, but we still enjoyed the visit! The house is nicely updated, very clean and well stocked! Especially great was the immediate communication with property mgmt!! The home was super nice and we had an excellent time. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and games galore. The house was stocked with everything a family needs to cook and be entertained.
