Designed for your comfort and relaxation, this home features high-speed WiFi and windows fitted with blackout shades to provide privacy and block out the Florida sunlight whenever needed. Outside, relax in the sunshine on lounge chairs or enjoy a barbecue with our gas grill, perfect for sipping morning coffee or grilling in the evening. We've also included starter supplies for basic necessities to ensure a seamless and relaxing stay.
The Space:
Step inside and discover the comfort and convenience of our Clearwater home. As you enter, you'll find yourself in a living area designed for relaxation and group entertainment. It features a 65-inch Roku TV and plenty of space for larger gatherings, complemented by a selection of board games to keep everyone entertained.
To your left, the master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a King-sized bed, a full-body mirror, and a walk-in closet stocked with essentials like a pack 'n play, a baby bath tub, and toys for the little ones. Across the hall, the second bedroom is equally well-appointed with a Queen-sized bed, elegant furnishings, a spacious closet, and a vanity that doubles as an office space.
Continue exploring to find the shared bathroom, a modern sanctuary equipped with complimentary shampoo, body soap, a hair dryer, and other toiletries to create a spa-like experience. Nearby, the bonus area includes a sofa bed for two and a dresser for additional clothing storage.
The heart of the home, our fully equipped kitchen, includes all you need for culinary adventures, from a convenient coffee bar to starter basics. Adjacent to it, the dining area provides ample space for family meals and gatherings, complemented by an additional 3-seat raised bar for more seating options.
Step outside to the private patio, a fully fenced-in oasis perfect for grilling under the gazebo with outdoor table and chairs, enjoying s'mores by the fire pit, or relaxing with family and pets. The yard features toys like cornhole, beach toys, and a sandbar area for kids to play under a palm tree, making it a perfect spot for your dog to run around safely.
To the right of the house, an exterior laundry closet is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and starter laundry supplies. Inside, you'll find items for the beach such as a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys for the little ones, and an umbrella. In the bonus area, you ’ll also find a basket with fresh beach towels and a designated area for your doggy with bowls and towels.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to our home, ensuring a private and enjoyable stay. You're welcome to use all the spaces and amenities, including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. The only exception is one closet, reserved as the owner’s closet, which remains locked for storage purposes. All other areas are open for your use and enjoyment, allowing you to feel completely at home during your visit.

Getting around our Clearwater neighborhood is a breeze with multiple convenient transportation options at your disposal. Public transportation is easily accessible, with nearby bus stops that make it simple to reach all of Clearwater’s top attractions. For guests who prefer to drive, we offer ample free parking on the premises with space for up to 4 cars, as well as additional parking options nearby. Additionally, ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing flexible and convenient travel solutions at your fingertips.
TO KEEP IT WELCOMING AND ENJOYABLE FOR EVERYONE DURING YOUR STAY, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE HOUSE RULES:
PRIMARY GUEST & ID VERIFICATION
The person who makes the reservation must be the one staying at the property and present at check-in, unless pre-approved by the host. No third-party bookings without prior written approval. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name must be provided to the host at least 24 hours before check-in (via the booking platform or as otherwise instructed).
QUIET HOURS
10 PM - 7 AM.
REGISTERED GUESTS & PETS
All guests must be registered and accounted for. Pets must be registered and confirmed upon booking.
NO SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or within 15 feet of the property.
PET POLICY & FEES
a) Pet fee: $50 per pet, non-refundable.
b) Pets are not permitted on furniture (beds, couches, etc.).
c) If left alone in the property or without adult supervision, pets must be kept in a crate/kennel.
d) Please pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste.
CLEANING COVERAGE (EXTRA CHARGES APPLY)
a) Pet waste or urine stain removal.
b) Excessive pet hair removal from furniture.
c) Smoke odor removal.
d) Accidents involving bodily fluids (e.g., vomit, urine, feces) or other biohazards.
Note: Any additional cleaning, professional odor treatment/remediation, or replacement required for the above will be fully charged back to the guest.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Report any damages or dissatisfaction upon check-in. Repairs or damages caused by negligence will be charged to the guest.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
Any fees or charges incurred due to guest-initiated cancellations or changes to a booking (including payment-processor transaction fees) are the guest’s responsibility.
