El Palmar is a duplex property (2 Apt) that transforms into one Large Beach House by an INDOOR connection between second and third bedrooms. In addition, it has a connecting walkway between our two balconies (front and rear) for an outdoor connection. It is perfect for a large group of friends or a family's fun getaway Across the Beach, where you do not share the amenities. If you are interested in the Whole House Option, please ask the Owner. Beach access at both corners of the property. The closest is on the north end, 3 doors from our front, and a short walk across the street to the beach. Max 2-3 minutes walk. My husband and I stayed here with our dog and had a wonderful time. So many spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The upper deck off the unit was a nice screenroom-perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. Downstairs at ground level there were two hammocks and lots of places to seat people and also a nice gas grill. The outdoor propane firepit was really nice, too. Mia provided two wonder wheelies for the beach, plus umbrellas and chairs. We threw all our stuff in and wheeled it right to the beach, which was a very short walk. You do have to cross a two lane street, but as soon as you press the button on the pole, the flashers go in and the cars stop for you. The apartment was neat and clean and well appointed. It was awesome to have that huge, beautiful beach just steps away. Great little restaurants in both directions within walking distance.
