Dolphins and Manatees in Your Backyard!

Located in John's Pass, great shopping, dining, nightlife, wildlife, and the beach are all within walking distance of this waterfront property. It has a private, deep water dock with a boat slip, and a small swimming pool to create a relaxing oasis for 'getting away from it all'. Dolphins, birds, and sometimes Manatees will pay you a visit as you relax in the privacy of your own backyard. For more information, seven two seven, seven nine eight, four four eight six.

This unit is fully equipped and ready to be enjoyed. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a sofa and full size futon.. A boat slip is also available.

The Beach Trolley runs from St. Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater Beach with a stop right in front of John's Pass. At Polito del Mar you can have the convenience of a great location with the privacy of a duplex instead of a multi-unit apartment. Relax, refresh, and enjoy.

This home was perfectly located near shops and restaurants within an easy walk. Spacious, clean, and appointed with everything needed for a stay. The beach was a short walk, but on windy days, the pool was a nice bonus to have. Loved getting up in the morning with a cup of coffee and sitting on the dock watching the sun come up. Beautiful, relaxing start to the day. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely come back.

The unit had plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of closet room for hanging clothes, plus a dresser for other clothes. The living area had 2 couches, one being leather with recliners on each end. The kitchen was ample for the two of us, with a very nice refrigerator. The outside area was nice, included pool, and a dock on the water. Our last day we were on the dock and a dolphin swam right under it! We would stay there again.

One of the best relaxation trips ever! I saw 12 manatees and 9 dolphins right outside the back door. The manatees typically came to visit at low tide and the dolphins at high tide. I had a Great White Egret named George visit daily. He has been in the area for several years. The snowbirds feed him hotdogs (cut long ways), and some of the fishermen feed him chopped ham. A Great Blue Heron and a Night Heron also stopped by. The condo is older, but very clean and spacious. Understood that everyone is still working on things from the hurricane. The neighbors next door and two doors down are having work done, as well as across the water. But if you’re a people watcher, then sitting by the pool (or in the pool), relaxing and people watching will be right up your alley! You are in a great location. You can walk to John’s Pass and to the beach. You can take a dolphin tour, a sunset cruise, a fishing excursion, and more. You have live music at the bar across the street nightly. Ice cream is also across the street at Sip and Scoop. Be sure to grab a pizza from Delosa’s. There are plenty of fish to be caught if you like to stand on the dock and fish. Just beware, the seagulls are Always starving! There is laundry on site. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. A regular coffer maker that uses filters is provided. Sunset and sunrise views are incredible. The pool is perfect for cooling off. I can’t say enough about this little piece of paradise.

Fantastic Gem of a Place

This was our second time staying at this property so that should tell you how much we love it here. The location is perfect, the host is very responsive with any questions/needs, and the backyard/dock is the perfect place for peace and relaxation. We will be coming back again!

Awesome Place To Stay

This is a great unit for one or two people. I traveled alone so it was perfect. The location to John's Pass is perfect. The backyard with the inground pool makes this place a gem. The views are incredible. The dock on the intercoastal is great to pass the time. The beach is across the street. Plenty of nightlife, stores, restaurants and more all in walking distance. A few minor recommendations would be there is no umbrella or shade covering the table set on the dock. This makes it almost impossible to eat outside on the dock with the Florida sun. Also, there is really no exterior lights near the pool for night time swimming. There is a flood light on the dock but it's super bright and isn't really ideal for lighting the pool.

The property is older/dated but well maintained and clean. Pool in backyard was great after a long morning walk on the beach which is minutes away. You can easily walk to John's Pass and the beach. Peaceful back yard water view. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic relaxing stay

My wife and I were lucky enough to grab this property after another host cancelled on us 4 days before our trip during spring break time. You couldn't be any closer to Johns pass and basically right behind the Bamboo Beach (Tiki) bar, the location is fantastic. We were a little concerned about the walk to the beach, but it is an easy 5 min walk across gulf blvd with a public access right across the road. We spent a couple of days just hanging in the peaceful backyard with the pool and dock which was very relaxing and refreshing. We saw dolphins on 2 different days in the marina right off the dock. Beverly was very responsive and Bonnie was available for anything we needed. We would 100% stay here again.

The property was located directly across the street from John's Pass which was great for shopping and just relaxing. The caretaker, Bonnie, was excellent. She gave great recommendations for places to eat and was generally very helpful and responsive to any needs that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The Best Place at John's Pass

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. We have rented condos and beach houses at other places in the area before but this place takes the cake! Your own dock/pool with friendly birds that come by to hang, literally footsteps to our favorite Bamboo Beach Bar as well as everything else John's Pass has to offer and a spacious and clean place, as well. Bonnie, next door, was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and Beverly is very responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Fabulous relaxing stay. Perfect location. Excellent value.

Could not ask for a better position. The shortest walk to all the bars and amenities of Johns Pass. Sitting on the jetty watching the wildlife and world go by was heaven. We both feel so relaxed. Bonnie next door was lovely too. A delightful property, we were sad to go. But have made lots of good memories.

Relaxation!

Spent an amazing week here and could not have asked for anything but more time. This home makes you feel right at home. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I loved sitting outside and just watching the birds that stopped to visit. The pool was a very nice addition. I jumped in every morning and evening. The ocean is easy to access and an easy walk. The beach has small waves and is clear. The shopping village and boardwalk is a two minute walk. Many restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed listening to the live band that played at the outdoor bar. Bonnie the caretaker is a very sweet lady and we enjoyed her company. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Florida.
