The time we spent at the beach was wonderful and so convenient to walk out to the beach. We checked in later in the evening and it was an easy process. Our room was an apartment efficiency style, and it was perfect for us. But I had a king mattress and a pullout couch. Full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. But what really stood out was the balcony that had the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches that you could walk right out your door too. Very clean beach with access to cabana and lounge chairs. The unit is a little older, though shower was recently updated. Small patio for breakfast and lunch was nice. Could have been a little cleaner (I’m a bit of a stickler on that). I would suggest putting shelf liner in the kitchen and bath drawers, and under the microwave. We had a little problem with the fridge, but resolved it on our own. The management team reacted appropriately, offering to pay for anything. I was pleased to see all their cleanup work from the hurricanes. The room is a simple studio. The balcony is nice with two chairs in the table and the bed slept well. There were a few issues with the property, however. It takes up to 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water. And when you sit on the balcony, the air conditioner blows hot air onto you and the air conditioner from above drips down. The appliances are also outdated but we didn’t use them much. Until Saturday it was pretty much quiet considering. We had to pull to ourselves for a couple of hours before it got really busy. I concern when it started to fill up was that it seemed like there were a lot of people coming off the beach that weren't you in staying there so they could go to the Tiki Bar. One guy brought in a cooler even though they're not allowed that was full of white Claws and they were getting so drunk. There were children there but they didn't stay long. ##### Laura C. Gorgeous sunsets! Room was very clean. We were on the 2nd floor with a fantastic view of the gulf from our balcony. We knew there was construction going on but all the workers and the management were polite and very accommodating. We had an issue with the hot water in our shower. A plumber installed a new part and it was fixed within 48 hours.The shower was nice and hot with great pressure. The tile on the bathroom floor needs replacing. The bathroom and kitchen were pretty small but we made it work. The heated pool and tiki bar were such an amazing surprise! Pool and the exterior of the building are completely redone. Very beautiful. Construction equipment took up some parking spaces. We initially had to park across the street but were able to move our car closer to the condo pretty quickly afterwards.
