The reserved parking spot was such a bonus, the provided beach umbrella and beach chairs were used everyday and the washer/dryer in unit made traveling with kids so much easier.My only tips would be:1.Bring some sort of sound machine (we used an app on an ipad) for anyone sleeping in the smaller bedroom. The noise wasn't bad but the window goes out to the hallway and if you have kiddos going to bed early it helps to muffle any sounds. 2\. Bring laundry detergent 3\. This is the perfect location right on the beach so you can see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and enjoy the beach. There are 2 pools which is great if you have small children (one is a zero entry pool that is very shallow and has fountains). There is also the tiki bar located on the first floor. This condo is located on the third floor. There also is a cafe located on the second floor. There is everything you would need right there. Upon arrival the air was acting up and in no time someone came to address it. We were up and running within the hour!! Fast and friendly. This was our 3rd year and we will continue to come back year after year! We travel with a group and in our party we have kids ranging from 4-17 and all of them have a great time.
