### Direct Beach Access & Poolside Happy Hours

Hurricane Update!! This condo is currently undergoing a full renovation due to some storm damage, with a projected reopening in December. It will be refreshed and better than ever—stay tuned!  
  
The grounds have been completed, with some first-floor renovations still ongoing in the community, and the pool is open and heated!!  
  
Enjoy the resort lifestyle where the beach is steps away and the pool is heated at 85 degrees all year around. You will be on the first floor and as you enter your building, your condo is located conveniently to your right. You will walk into a nicely decorated living room with an open kitchen to your left and a lovely farmstyle dining table. As you enter the hallway, you will find a working station counter and stool on your left, as well as your beautiful bathroom. Each bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the hallway, sunny and bright with ample closet space. Setup for friends or family for all to enjoy!  
  
This area has some of the best shopping in St Pete Beach, multiple restaurants, movies, and shops are all within walking distance.  
  
There is a year round heated pool with WIFI, loungers and seating, shuffleboard courts, a grilling area, and several picnic tables. Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within a minute or two. Included with the condo is beach equipment and a parking pass for one passenger vehicle.  
  
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.  
  
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests\` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.  
  
In addition to what the complex provides, we have high speed wifi so that you can stream your favorite shows while you relax. As we provide complimentary beach essentials, they are used on a daily basis therefore we cannot guarantee their condition or the number of items. However, whatever we have in the unit is yours to use during your stay.  
\- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.  
\- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.   
\- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.  
\- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!  
\- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.  
\- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

Perfect location and size! The day of check-in our door code wouldn’t work and our host responded promptly, fixed immediately! She was very sweet and apologetic and welcoming! The place was exactly as pictured! Family friendly but would also feel comfortable if it was booked as a getaway for just my husband and me! So close to the beach but without the huge price tag! If we didn’t want to haul everything to the beach (which was just across the parking lot) we would just step a couple feet out the door and to the pool! Close to shops and restaurants. Everything you would need is close enough to walk to! Seriously, a hidden gem! Would love to book again in the future!

We had a really great stay. Really convenient location, very close to a great portion of the beach, and fewer than 5 minute walks to a ton of really good restaurants and bars in the area. The place had tons of extras for the kids like beach toys and whatnot, came equipped with a few coolers and plenty of beach chairs. The heated pool was a nice touch. Overall just a real pleasant stay and would return.

Very clean! Perfect location. You could walk anywhere you needed to go. The pool was right outside the door and the beach was so close. We found many cool beach bars and within walking distance. Great place to stay we highly recommend 😎
