Guests consistently say the location is perfect—walkable to everything, yet quiet and relaxing when you’re ready to unwind. Inside, the home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with two separate bedrooms for privacy, a full kitchen, open living and dining areas, and a small workspace for remote work or studying. The jack-and-jill bathroom includes a walk-in shower. One of guests’ favorite features is the private backyard and patio, where a small fountain helps soften city noise and creates a calm place to enjoy Florida’s outdoor air. Many guests mention they feel safe walking the neighborhood—even at night, which is rare and valuable in a downtown setting. You’ll have off-street parking for one car with EV charging, and most guests find they can park once and walk everywhere. The nearby Looper free downtown trolley also makes getting around easy.
