The house is only 7 minutes from downtown St Pete and 25 minutes to Tampa. Bravo to the owner on such a thoughtful remodeling of this gorgeous Craftsman-period home. Some nice touches were the pantry staples, many towels/linens, very nice bathrooms, relaxing front porch, expansive yard, and comfortable beds.The only issue we encountered was when we tried to stream a movie. The house is impeccably clean and better than the pictures show. It has all of the comforts you need. The neighborhood is great and within a 5-15 minute drive of anything you need, including the Pier and St. Pete Beach. And the beds were soooooo comfortable! We all slept great (when the baby wasn't waking up). We will definitely look to stay here again when in the area. ##### Laura S. She was attentive to my questions and flexible with check In/out times. The house is very nice and looks exactly as pictured. Overall stay at this house was wonderful.
