The ocean is very easy to walk to and super clean and beautiful. The unit does have beach towels and beach chairs, and some toys (volleyball, football). The water park passes were easy to use. Get bracelets in the main office and all set. The Waterpark is heated to 75F and there’s a nice tiki bar! Great snack bar for kids, icees, etc - all reasonably priced. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Nancy P. 12 juill. 2023 #### Waterpark lodging We enjoyed our visit to Indian rocks beach, check in was simple, and the condo was clean, however the dishwasher was broken, so ended up washing dishes by hand, Tom was excellent in having a handyman come by and fix the garbage disposal, so there was no more water dripping from the kitchen cabinet, Jim wasn’t to communicative in reference to fixing the dishwasher, our family had a very nice time wat the water park🙂 ##### Nancy P.
