The condo is clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything needed for a great day at the beach or pool. The pool and the waterpark were perfect for the kids, although the pool is accessible by the public and can get rowdy. I loved that the balcony overlooked the Intracoastal Waterway instead of the waterpark. The beach is truly a 5 minute walk from the property and was never crowded. Great location. While the waterpark was fun (and crowded), we appreciated this unit overlooked the intercoastal waterway, near the top of the palm trees, away from the noisy waterpark. The private, back deck was large and more peaceful feel. The condo itself was very comfortable. Large and high quality beds and linens. The condo was well equipped with kitchen and beach supplies. Newly redone interior with large bedrooms (separated by bathrooms between rooms) and joining bathrooms, high quality experience. 2nd floor location makes waiting for the elevator not necessary.
