The house was spotless. The furniture was comfortable and plentiful. The Florida room was awesome but could use a fan to move air around. The pool was refreshing for a hot afternoon to cool off. We have been coming to Florida for many years during the month of February. This is the first time we have stayed in this house but have already booked for next year. There are only 2 of us, but we found it to be plenty of space with all the amenities that we need. We didn't use the pool. ( too cold) but we sat on the swing and gazebo area almost every day. Arrived at 9 pm at night , living room light didn’t work so was fumbling round in the dark ,next day had to buy light bulbs . villa very dated ... no outdoor lights worked i.e gazebo or pool lights . Villa very small and cramped. Pool over was ripped and disintegrating , and didn’t really do much because we still had to clean out the pool every morning from bugs and small dead frogs 😢 On returning we were informed we wasn’t getting our deposit back .. we were told we had broke the bed beyond repair (lies) we ripped the solar pool cover (a piece of already ripped plastic) lies , and the best was we broke into the cleaners cupboard and stole toilet paper (laughable) I asked for photo evidence which I never got , my emails were left unanswered. I have escalated these false allegations with home and away and have taken this matter further .
