A magical getaway for you and your special someone, The Love Shack is a one-of-a-kind apartment designed specifically for couples. Every detail, from the quaint pink kitchen to the heart and pink accents throughout, has been carefully chosen to set the mood for a romantic retreat.   
  
Cozy up on the comfortable couch and watch a movie, or challenge your partner to a unique card game designed to bring couples closer together. The bedroom features a faux fireplace and warm lighting ambiance, creating the perfect space for a sweet experience.  
  
Located in the heart of Central St. Pete, The Love Shack is just a short distance from all the attractions the city has to offer. And after a long day of exploring, you can come back and unwind in this charming and private space.  
  
While the apartment itself is for your private use, the outdoor areas, including a pool, are shared among the other five units in the complex. However, with its quiet and residential street, you will feel like you have your own private oasis.  
  
Your host, Kosta, is always available to assist and interact with you, but the level of interaction is entirely up to you. Whether it's tending to her gardens or doing maintenance, she will be sure to say hello and make you feel welcome.  
  
Renting a car for your stay is highly recommended, as The Love Shack is about 15 minutes from PIE airport and 25 minutes from TPA. Downtown St. Pete is just a 10 minute drive away, and the beautiful beaches are within a 15-20 minute drive. With easy access to Interstate 275, you can get anywhere you want to go quickly.  
  
As apartment #2 of a small 6 unit building, The Love Shack offers a secure parking space for your convenience. If you have additional guests, there are also extra visitor spaces available, but please let Kosta know in advance.  
  
Please note that there is a 4% refund fee for any cancellations. Book your stay at The Love Shack today and create unforgettable memories with your loved one!  
Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you   
  
Please note this is a commercial property with a commercial pool. Although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. In addition, the health inspector does come by every 6 months and almost every time, there is a new code rule that may impact availability. We will not be providing any refunds for these occasional inconveniences. They happen every so often - if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.   
  
We do have a washer and dryer available on site at the small apartment complex. Please note there are 6 apartments at the small complex and each apartment has a day that is dedicated to them for personal use of the laundry facility. Sundays are first come first serve.   
  
Please note, if you are booking this stay for someone else you will be fully responsible for any damages, late check outs etc.   
  
FRIENDLY REMINDER AND WARNING: If you bring an unauthorized pet to the property and it is not discussed or paid for prior to your arrival, there will be a fee of $300\. The pet fee is to accommodate the extra cleaning associated with pets. If my cleaners arrive unprepared to clean up after your pet the $300 fee will get passed along to you. Honesty is our best policy. Please be honest with your fur babies. We are happy to accommodate them.   
  
KIND REMINDER: You have booked a strictly NON REFUNDABLE stay. I encourage all guests to purchase travelers insurance if you think your travel plans could be interrupted by any unforeseeable circumstance.
