The header of the bed was completely loose. AC had a noise. All appliances looks old. Bathroom lock didn’t work. HOUSEKEEPING is only when you check out not during stay. Especially Leeann. Went above and beyond to accommodate the guests and give visitor information. I would have preferred better security. Office clises at 5pm then ur on ur own for the night. Security gate was locked but easy to climb over and elevator was open all night to all floors. Beach access was great! Would have liked a hot tub next to the pool. Overall good experience. Perfect spot for our family vacation with 3 small children. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and it's right on the beach. Plenty of nearby shopping and dining. There's a local nanny service that can come to the room so Mom and Dad can walk to the beach bar for a few hours. It's more like renting a condo so there are only staff there during normal business hours. there is a washer and dryer and you can pay to use and a trash chute. There is a full kitchen with a small dining area and a living room with a small balcony that overlooks the pool and the beach. You have to get on the beach to see the sunset, but you'd wanna do that anyway 🙂. Free parking on site. We'll def stay there again!
