The property had a lot of beach supplies/toys, which was great for us since we have two kids and were flying in for the week. I wish there were overhead fans available as we were advised we couldn’t put the AC below 70 and it was much warmer in the bedrooms compared to the living room. We did find box fans in the closet but they were covered in a thick layer of dust and couldn’t be vacuumed off with the vacuum in the unit. The resort decking is set up differently than pictured, and there is no shuffleboard. This is a very basic condo, could use some cabinetry and furniture updated. The condo is clean albeit in need of a little TLC. Once we figured out how to get the key and parking pass, we were good. Never had a need to contact the property manager. The beach was beautiful with clear waters, soft sand and a gentle breeze. Not overly crowded like many Florida beaches and a short walking distance to many restaurants and shops. ##### Kami H.
