Beautiful coastal condo located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach! This condo was thoughtfully decorated with a fun coastal theme and spills with natural light. Enjoy the coastal breezes on your private balcony with a side view of the ocean, take a walk on the beach only steps away and dip you toes at the pool or spa. Featuring a home office set up, this could be your dream work from home set up at the beach, although no work is required to enjoy this paradise. What we love about it: We love how bright, coastal and beautifully decorated this condo is, which features many creature comforts and thoughtful additions to make you feel right at home. Building elevator provides convenience for loading and unloading your beach toys. Pool with full oceanfront views is perfect plus the addition of a spa, an ideal end to your days. As if all of this isn't enough, this condo is centrally located in the heart of IRB, walking distance to some of our personal favorite restaurants, cafe's and nightlife. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy where you can grab seafood of any kind and a cocktail. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby. Know before you go: Check In: Is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out. Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians Parking: 1 assigned parking spaces are available for 1 vehicles. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises. For guest spaces, parking pass is required. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, responsive host, balcony has peek a boo view of beach horizon. Beds are comfortable, extra cozy blankets, beach towels etc. Partially updated. Fair amount of traffic noise since most places at IRB are on main road, but the complex was quiet and low key. Hot tub view is great but not many bubbles. ##### Kim F.
