 Discover the epitome of waterfront living in this stunning residence on Isla del Sol! Embrace the true essence of Florida beach-style living with panoramic water views and modern amenities. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-full bath condo features a split bedroom layout with queen beds in each bedroom offering remarkable water views from both the living room and guest suite.  
 There is a smart tv located in the living area as well. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The open floor plan allows water views from both the dining room and kitchen. Step onto the spacious balcony to watch dolphins play, and find a storage room off the balcony for all your pool toys. You're just around the corner from a marina, fitness center, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and a lively social calendar. The community boasts a walking path, tropical heated pool, spa, and tennis/pickle-ball courts. Just minutes away from I-275, downtown, world-class beaches, restaurants, Don Cesar, Fort Desoto, Treasure Island, 30 min drive to Tampa Airport, Tierra Verde, and the vibrant art and dining scene of Downtown St. Pete.

 The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Beds are made with fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. Housekeeping services are only provided upon checking out. Smoking is NOT allowed at any of properties and will result in a fine charged to the guest.  
 Pets are not permitted at this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of monies paid.   
  
 Accidental Damage Protection: PPI insurance is required for all guests renting with us and will be listed in --/-- Vacations as "other charges" and will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Damage that exceeds the $3000 will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
