Quick beach stay!
I was in Ocala for business and decided to take a quick trip to beach. Lucky for me and my small family I found this listing . We booked our 4 day stay and it was nothing short of perfect! Loved how close everything was and not mention the property was in perfect condition and very cozy! Thank you Mary for our stay we look forward to our next possible stay with you!

We stayed at Clearwater beach few times before. The location is awesome, easy to go to beach and everywhere. The host responds message very quickly. The beach umbrella didn’t work when we checked in. She went out to get a new one right the way. Recommend for anyone who loves the beach. Thank you!

Short walk to the beach
There were 3 units on the property and this was the one in the back. The unit that we stayed in was smaller but very nice and had everything we needed. It was just me and my daughter so there was enough room. The beach access was like 4 houses down the street but the street was quiet overall. Someone is building on the lot behind this one so it was a little noisy at times but not bad and not constant noise. I hope to stay there on our next trip.

Wonderful Property!!
Everything was ready for a great vacation! The property was super clean and super cute. Loved the close proximity to the beach and the off the street parking. We really appreciated the new beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. So thoughtful for those of us who arrive via the airport. Within walking distance to great restaurants (definitely try Crabby's Hideaway) and on the quiet end of the beach away from hotels and stores. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed the beach but didn’t enjoy the amount of dogs pooping without cleanup by the owners. Parking is hard to obtain away from the cottage. Had to park three times with someone blocking my designated parking space. The police don’t care if it is only blocked by 3 or 4 feet. They said that the area wasn’t marked as no parking along the street.

Perfect for us
My wife and I stayed here and everything was great. The house itself is pretty small but perfect for 2 people. Everything inside was very clean and up to date for the most part. They had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, and cooler). It's about as close to the beach as you can get without actually being on the beach. Maybe 100 yards max to the sand. This end of the beach is much less crowded than down by the resorts so we had more privacy which is great. However, being secluded means you do have a longer walk. It's about a mile north from the roundabout and Pier 60. So factor that in if you plan on walking most of the time. Overall it was a terrific price for being extremely close to the beach and being a very nice little house.

I feel it was a nice location, but the place was rather poorly designed and badly furnished for the price I paid I should’ve had plenty of pots and pans, and if I was to use a toaster oven and use tinfoil, there would be tinfoil at the place, not dirty tinfoil in the toaster oven. I was supposed to put my food on so, very poor on the building and that the only thing that was nice is the location thanks bye

The cottage was a very quick & easy walk down to the beautiful white sand beach as advertised in the listing. The cottage itself was quiet & private, even though it's a shared property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & look forward to my next visit to Clearwater Beach!

The best experience!
My wife and I spent our honeymoon here. The cottage is conveniently located right outside of the main strip, so much less foot traffic. It’s a quiet spot just off the beach, the setup is absolutely to die for! Mary, the host, was a pleasure as well. I could go on for awhile and we plan to return, very memorable stay.

Just about Everything was perfect. Steps to the sand. Cozy cottage for two. Immaculate. Near to all restaurants bars shopping and activities. A beautiful week. A few small things I didn’t cook too much becaus there isn’t a good counter space so we ate out mode meals and Wi-Fi did not work inside cottage had to go outside to use my iPad. So I sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine. No other issues We will def return

Perfect Beach Getaway
The property was a quiet little guest house tucked away a few steps down a paved drive with its own private courtyard with table, umbrella and chairs and 2 sun chairs. Property also provided beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, and cooler all for your convenience. The house was cozy and well kept. Very clean and intelligently arranged. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Kitchen had all the basics and even some ice packs in the freezer for the cooler. They even provided soap for the washing machine which was amazing to be able to take all clean clothes home from the beach! We were far enough from the big hotels to not have our views impeded but within walking distance of bars and restaurants and just a quick 2-3 minute drive to shopping and tourist shops. Host was easy and clear with communications and check in and checkout were a breeze. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again.

Cozy Beach Cottage
This place has everything you need for a beach getaway for two! Or if you have little ones. Incredibly close to the beach. Has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is fully stocked if cooking is your thing. And the outdoor space is a perfect place to enjoy your meals. If you can find an opening here, grab it while you can. You will not be disappointed!
