Located near the heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities, this is a quiet second floor unit. With its tropical Florida decor, here is a relaxing vacation retreat is ready for your stay! Free Wifi. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Enjoy the open floor plan, with plush leather seating in the living room, complete with flat panel television. The updated full kitchen has new cabinets, and countertops, stainless steel appliances and bar seating. The master bedroom, with a king sized bed, is spacious and roomy. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds providing both comfort and relaxation. Both bedrooms have televisions. Every need is met here for a wonderful vacation! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and fresh linens, extra pillows, plenty of towels are provided. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Of course, staying at Surf Song Resort means you are near it all! A short walk will find you at the some of the most gorgeous beaches Florida offers. Relax and take in the ocean air, or spend time by the pool. Better yet, do both! Whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed. Just across the street from John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. Right across the street from shops and restaurants. Bus/trolley runs all along beach road in front of property, with lots of options for food and grocery store within 2 miles, so we opted to not get a rental car. The condo was as described and it was clean. Some of the doors in the unit needed repairs (master bedroom door was split and master bath door knob was installed poorly), but they functioned and the locks worked. The unit had plenty of the basics- toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Knives in the kitchen were very dull, but it didn't impact our ability to prepare meals overall. We loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again! ##### Ally C. No lock on bathroom door near living room. Second bedroom door does not latch, master bedroom door cracked on latch side needs to be replaced, closet in master bedroom can not be opened easily-it is stuck. Both bathroom sinks drain very slow. Master bathroom hot & cold handles in shower are black with what looks like mold. There should be Directions to operation TV controls and maybe show what channels guest has access to. Leave information about schedule for transportation, ie: bus, trolley, or other transportation. We flew in to Tampa and did not have our own transportation. We used an airport service.
