Beautifully updated Key West style condo has the BEST of everything! 2200+ ft of living space, sleeps up to 8, and has 3 full Bathrooms!!! This is the largest of the condos in the complex and sits directly on the Inter coastal Waterfront with Heated Pool, boat ramp, fishing dock, 2 private kayaks and a private beach at the complex!! Renovated and gorgeous, it is is the builder's unit!! Soaring cathedral ceilings, well appointed granite kitchen with stainless appliances, wine frig, and bar. Also includes single car GARAGE and additional single reserved covered parking space. As you walk in the front door, you will find the hallway leading to the Master Suite and Bedroom #2\. The Master Suite has been upgraded with an amazingly comfortable Sealy Tempur-pedic bed with adjustable head and feet. The Private patio off the Master is the best place to sit and enjoy some time alone. On this same level is the fully stocked Kitchen, Laundry Room and extra large Family Room. Private balcony(with glass closing doors) overlooks the inter coastal waters, the dock and the community beach. Go upstairs to the 2nd Master Suite, with lots of room and private bathroom. Great for setting up for the kids as a separate area for them to play. Our home is located on a part of the island called The Narrows. This means that the bay side is behind the property and the Gulf/beach side is right across the street. Steps to the GULF of MEXICO via a public cut thru just across the street. You will feel at home and have plenty of space for your group up to 8 people and at a fabulous price compared to those across the street! Huge Master with wood floors and beautiful, vaulted wood ceilings, and Tommy Bahama Linens on the dreamy Tempur-Pedic King Memory Foam mattress. There is a Flatscreen Smart TV with cable. Need to get some work done, while staying at the beach. Mesh enhanced WIFI throughout the condo and a work desk in the Master for your use. Large Master bath ensuite has updated gorgeous tiled shower, dual vanities and a flatscreen TV in the bathroom with cable. There is also a deck off the back of the Master Bedroom. 2nd bedroom also has a King Bedroom suite with Memory Foam mattress and flatscreen TV, dresser and closet. Main full bath with tub nicely tiled and painted. Living Room area has cathedral ceilings, pullout queen memory foam sofa, second sofa, chair, dining table and breakfast bar seating. 50”flatscreen TV. The unit is spacious and the views of the intra-coastal water way from the balcony were fantastic. The unit could use some updating and a good cleaning in the kitchen, dining and living room area. Little things like missing light bulbs or maybe the lights in the main bedroom hallway just didn’t work. The master bedroom was very spacious and the master bathroom is roomy and great. We loved having the advantage of the intercoastal and the ocean beach. We rented a boat for a tour of the intercostal up to Clearwater-lovely! Each of us are widows and we were able to have family come and visit because there was plenty of space. We had a minor issue with a door lock that Scott resolved the next day. Scott was very responsive. The only downside was the stairs to our condo, especially since our suitcases were heavy. (My friend and I are in our 70’s). The location is so close to the beach, saw dolphins from the balcony and it was a very quiet neighborhood. I was very upset that part of the listing was not accurate. All items for the beach (chairs, umbrella), water toys (kayak, water boards), bikes and fishing poles were rusted, not usuable due a combination of being old, water damaged or not taken care of. This was very upsetting as i reached out previous to our stay and asked about bikes and was told they had some on site. A deciding factor I had between this place and another location was the fishing that was mentioned in the description of the place. Needless to say i had a very sad little boy when none of the fiahing poles worked. The bikes were rusted and all tires were flat with no way to air them up. The garage is full of all the non working toys so there is only 1 parking spot, not 2 as mentioned in the add.The bed in the master bedroom is extremely soft. I could see elderly or those with back problems have a difficult time getting in/out of bed. Items in the kitchen were not clean. Pans and cooking untensils were dirty and had to be washed before being able to use them. ##### Aundrea V. Location is great, walked to get ice cream on evening. Lots of family time playing games, and making puzzles on one rainy day. Loved watching the boats go by, and morning coffee on the porch.
