Our condo HOA rule only allows 90 days minimum and tenants will have to pay for the application to the HOA board ($90) before checking in.

Tenants must park at designated car port or at guest parking, not to park at other's parking with numbers Trash must be put in the designated dumpster

No event, no smoking, no pets allowed No loud noise after 9pm until 7am Contact via email with owner if you have questions!
