Whenever you're not out on the water, you're going to love spreading out over all of the home's three levels to enjoy Ping-Pong, grilling, and lots of lounging around with family and friends. The second-level main living area is bright and spacious, with cool tile floors, lots of comfortable furniture, and beautiful water views from the private balcony right outside. After chartering a boat for some fantastic ocean fishing, you can come home to stream your favorite Netflix movies and shows on the TV. Head into the full kitchen to use the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space and cabinet storage to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table. Of course, there's nothing like an alfresco dining experience, so be sure to take a few meals out on the balcony in the salty sea air. You can host a few barbecues with the private gas grill, and guests have access to beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, a beach wheel cart, and beach towels for those long days on the sand. Don't forget to challenge a friend to a game of Ping-Pong in the garage before posting your victory pics to your social media via the free WiFi. The rooftop terrace has spectacular views and plenty of patio furniture for entertaining, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, and activities nearby, with Clearwater Beach within walking distance. When it's time for a luxurious night's sleep, you'll have your choice of three well-appointed bedrooms. Also available for you will be a shared community pool for your convenience. My family of four really enjoyed having all this space to spread out, especially three showers after coming back from the beach. SO MUCH better than squeezing into a hotel room. The property views were awesome especially at night. The street felt safe and upscale. The pool is right there. We had some unusually cool october weather so we even played ping pong in the garage. Walking to the strip is quick and easy if you’re mobile. Recommend the owner at least install a cheap over the air antenna for free network television on the main floor TV. On 09/21/23 I received the access code from VACASA and was notified that we would not be able to use the rooftop terrace due to HOA maintenance work but the work would be completed by 10/06/23\. I asked repeatedly what maintenance work was being done but received no response from VACASA. Arrived on Monday 10/04 as scheduled and then on 10/03 at 09:00am demolition work began and continued until after 4:00pm. (by 'demolition work' think hammering, pounding, grinding, sawing, dropping, shouting, loud music, etc. the entire house on every floor shaking from the work being done on the roof.) On 10/04 at 06:30am demolition work resumed and continued until after 4:00pm. At 4:50pm VACASA called and were told that the maintenance workers would need to turn off the air conditioning for an hour. On 10/05 at 07:00am we were notified by the maintenance team supervisor that they were turning off the air conditioning immediately until after lunch and then demolition work resumed and continued until after 4:00pm. On Friday, 10/06 at 07:00am, demolition work resumed and continued until after 3:00pm. Thinking the work was finally complete went up to the rooftop terrace expecting to enjoy the views as advertised only to open the door and see that the work was far from complete, and the rooftop terrace was unusable. Demolition work resumed on Monday 10/09 at 07:00am. So much for a peaceful vacation. ##### Richard P.
