We are located in Indian Rocks Beach, one of the quieter beach areas with less traffic, but still very close to many restaurants and shops. The famous Crabby Bill's, Hurricane Eddie's, Kegans , TJs Italian and Guppys restaurants are nearby and well worth a visit. The excitement of Disney World and Universal Studios is just 90 minutes away, while Busch Gardens is nearby in Tampa. Enjoy the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. Minor issues with hallway bath; shower/tub drain is very stalled so prepare to stand in water when bathing. Parking in garage right under condo, condo is on floor 2 so be prepared to climb 2 flights. Host was ok- messaged me numerous times on information already received; delayed response on exact location of condo ( building number and which condo, location of pool)Mattress in hallway bedroom needs replaced ASAP!! The listing was accurate. The photos also portrayed the condo well. There is a very limited Gulf view from the balcony. Even though a bar is across the street, if they had loud music it stopped by 10 pm. Actually, I thought during the entire month of February that only two nights had particularly loud music, and it ended just before 10 pm. The condo beds and pillows are very comfortable as is the sofa and chair. We had most everything we needed to cook a simple meal in the well-stocked kitchen. Tucked between shrubs and the twin condo building, there is a pool. Because the pool doesn't overlook the beach, we walked about 50 yards to the sand, using the public beach access. All in all, the condo met our needs, especially for location. We could walk to shops and restaurant and ride our bikes to Clearwater Beach. We liked being able to use the beach chairs and beach towels the owner provided, too. ##### Kathy W.
