Welcome to Ocean Sands I-808, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 8th floor with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sands of Madeira Beach. Relax on the private balcony, where you can soak in breathtaking sunsets and enjoy comfortable seating. The bright living room has easy access to the balcony, and the open kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances, making meal prep a pleasure with everything you need right at your fingertips. Start your day with coffee and breakfast on the balcony as the beach comes to life.  
  
Retreat to the large master bedroom at the end of your day, featuring a king bed, TV, and an attached bathroom, plus direct access to the balcony. The guest bedroom offers a cozy full-sized bed and another TV for your convenience. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.  
  
Onsite amenities include a heated pool and hot tub, a spacious pool deck with lounge chairs, shuffleboard and a tiki area with a grill. With direct beach access, you can easily enjoy the soft white sands of Madeira Beach all day long.

We love the location of Ocean Sands as we have stayed there many times before. This condo Eva’s very nice and clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We did have a problem getting into our condo as we hadn’t received our contract, however the after hour service was able to assist us with this. The only negative thing about this condo was that the dishwasher never worked and they told us it would be fixed however there was a problem with that and it never did happen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. Hopefully, we will be back again. Thank you
