The condo was fantastic and was updated and beautifully decorated. I was particularly impressed with the details and how thoughtful they were done. The unit had nice towels, bedding, and some of the best mattresses I have ever slept on. There was a closet full of beach supplies all nearly organized. Charging ports in every bedroom, nice appliances, fans for each bedroom. The property manager was very responsive. Definitely the best condo and beach town! ##### Lisa C. Just be prepared that some guests claim pool chairs with towels well before they’re ready to actually spend time. The condo is updated and is very nice and clean. The location is great and the view from the room is superb. The beach is less than a minute walk to the water once you get off the elevator. We also enjoyed having a pool available to us. The building staff appeared to take very good care of the pool and kept the area organized and clean. The appliances were new. We liked that the refrigerator had an icemaker. The washer/dryer takes a little bit of time to wash/dry but I liked that it is one unit so I didn’t have to move the wet clothes to a dryer. It just kept running until it was done. There were plenty of beach towels, three beach chairs and one beach umbrella. There was not an anchor for the umbrella so we left the one we brought. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were great and provided a lot of water pressure. I like that the front door had an additional sturdy latch that allows you to lock the door from the inside during the night. The building is older and for half our stay only one elevator was working. They building staff eventually got it working. The neighbors above us were exceptionally noisy almost every night up until 1am at times. Luckily we were worn out so everyone had no trouble sleeping. If you have very young children, infants, or a light sleeper, the noise would have been a big issue. Hopefully it was just a one-off situation and they were renters for that week. We enjoyed the condo and location and would stay there again. ##### Monalita P.
