Brand new large 2-bedroom Gulf Front Condo (992 sq ft) directly on the beach with resort amenities and 24-hour guest services. These upper-floor corner units have gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean, and each room has a window with beach views. A short walk down the marble hallway leads to your Master bedroom with a King bed, ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, dual sinks, and a large, walk-in closet. As you continue towards your ocean view, you will pass your second, full bathroom with a soaker tub, then past your second bedroom with a Queen bed and large closet. At the end of the hallway, you will come to your common living space with a thoughtfully appointed kitchen and comfortable living room furniture, including a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests. Enjoy eating breakfast at the kitchen island before heading out for a day at the beach or relax on your balcony with a cool drink while watching the sunset without losing sight of the ocean. Each bedroom has a 50" TV, while the living room has a 65" TV. Every unit includes all the amenities found in traditional hotels including all linens, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Whether you choose to eat in or dine out at one of the many restaurants, your unit is equipped with dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and even baking items. Also included in each unit are a blow dryer, stackable washer and dryer, full-size appliances, iron, and ironing board. Each unit will have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave to make your mornings easy and hassle-free. As our guest, you will have 24-hour concierge service and access to the pool with covered cabanas, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a full bar overlooking the pool. There are umbrellas, chairs and a sports area set up on our private beach area with volleyball, cornhole and horseshoes available. Should you prefer to bask in the sun closer to the water, there is a company that sets up and rents cabanas with 2 chairs. While you will have a private condo, you will have access to all other areas of the hotel as well as unrestricted beach access. Included in the cost of the condo is the resort fee of $45/night+tax, which covers amenities such as access to the pool, jacuzzi, pool/beach towels, fully licensed bar and food, gym, 24-hour concierge service, all in-suite amenities from paper towels to tide pods and refills on k-cups. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) at no charge. Please note that parking is extremely limited, and we can only provide space for one vehicle per unit, so we ask that you plan accordingly. Parking for overnight and day-visitors is available in the city lots 2-3 blocks from the hotel at a cost of approximately $3.25/hour. We will place a $200 hold on your credit or debit card when you arrive to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. This hold will be released when you check out. If you are planning to bring your furry friend, a Pet fee of $85/night plus tax will apply. Limit of 2 pets per suite with a combined weight of 30 lbs or less. Please contact the property with questions. ADA-recognized service pets are exempt from pet fees and weight limitations, but be aware that ESA pets are not covered under the ADA guidelines and will be subject to the $85+tax/night pet fee. We hope that you will make our concierge staff aware of any questions or concerns during your stay with us. We will be available on-site 24/7 for your convenience. If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. Each time we gave them a generous tip and I asked them to please fill the shampoo containers in the bathroom. They were mostly empty when we got there.Each time, they did not do this. I even took them into the bathroom and pointed and showed them that nothing would come out.
