Maintenance was out every morning tidying up and making sure everything was in order around the pool area. Neat and clean grounds. Our unit was great. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We felt right at home here. Walked every morning and felt completely safe and comfortable. From our unit, surprisingly, you could barely hear the construction next door. The front desk help was very good and kind. Although this property is on the beach, it’s a healthy walk to the beach! Nice paver walkway behind the property to walk up and down Gulf Blvd to keep you away from the street and looking at the gulf. Great sunsets! Kitchen has minimum basic necessities, did t have scissors, for example.
