This unit provides a queen sized bed with large, wall mounted flat screen TV which can be seen either from the bed or the couch. A nautical touch is the hallmark of the decorating in this unit with beautiful plantation shutters that slide across the glass door leading to the balcony and are used as a clever divider between the sleeping area and the living area. There is a safe provided for your use in the walk-in closet. The kitchenette is the size for a little breakfast and a quick lunch but will also allow you to toss together a tasty dinner using the two burners and the built-in microwave. The balcony has a view down onto the heated pool and has a view of the intra-coastal waterway. There is a grill down on the ground floor with a few tables for your use. Just up the street is access to several restaurants, Walgreen's and beach shopping. The white sand of Clearwater Beach is about a three block, 10 minute walk away. A 20 minute walk takes you up to Pier 60 and the Clearwater Marina where you can arrange all sorts of things to do out on the Gulf or the intra-coastal waterway. This unit is an affordable alternative to staying in a big hotel, allowing you more space than a normal hotel room and the added benefit of staying in a smaller property with its own pool. HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants. No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit No Fishing Off The Docks. No Pets. No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants. Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Paul Sep 18, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication This property had a few issues that could have easily been taken care of by the management company if they tried a little harder 3 shutter flaps are broken, I had to tell the maintenance man how to fix the sliding door catch that is mentioned in a lot of reviews it just needed adjusting, there is a dish sink but no plug, we asked for one but it did not arrive, the back was missing from the remote I found it under the seat along with someones hat and speedos, there is no smoking (I am a non smoker) within 10 feet of the property unless you are the building manager!! who sat in the picnic table for a cigarette! the cooker is showing its age the refrigerator is rusty on the outside (come on guys I tin of paint needed) and the windows are dirty and full of paint splashes And please please change the disgusting cushions with stains BUT PERSONALLY IF YOU CAN GET OVER THESE FEW THINGS ITS GREAT! Towels are nice however. If you happen to park in the wrong parking spot you will not be notified of your mistake to correct, your car will be towed. Overall a terrible experience. ##### Barbara K. Nice pool though a little to much shade for my liking. Prooperty manager was friendly and helpful. However, the location was way farther from the beach than listed. I was with my husband who is not able to walk any distances so we ended up having to drive to the beach instead of walking as we expected to be able to do. Our patio door on the second floor, however, had a broken lock. We only stayed 2 nights so I didn't get a chance to address it with the manager. We didn’t spend much time in the room, as we were out enjoying the town, but when we were there it had everything we needed. It was clean. Towels smelled great. Plenty of clean towels and sheets. The lights were unplugged when we arrived, but figured it out and Maintenance was extremely responsive. There was a small beach umbrella. No wagon to hull beach stuff so best to drive the 12 (?) Blocks to the beach. Parking was $3 per hour. You can rent 2 lounges and Cabana for $40 all day. No smoking in room or balcony. If you are more than average size people it might be a little tight for you. We had a nice time. Great rate. Way better than a hotel. ##### Julie M.
