On the bay of peaceful Boca Ciega, find your ultimate dream vacation. This spacious three-bedroom condo is the perfect place for your next getaway. Located on the third floor, this unit has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. It features stainless appliances and beautiful countertops. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for additional seating. The living room features a large flat screen tv and an oversized couch to wind down for the evening while taking in sunset views overlooking the marina. There are windows everywhere to enjoy the incredible water views. A true gem with a large private balcony to enjoy the sunsets over the emerald bay. This unit is well equipped with ample seating both inside and outdoors. The location is great too-conveniently positioned within easy reach of world-class Florida beaches and central Madeira Beach attractions. When it is time to retire for the night, The main bedroom features a comfortable king size bed as well as direct access to your private balcony.
