The 730 square feet is very well divided into an open space including the living/dining/kitchen aria , fully renovated with new carpet, furniture and a big one bedroom with a king size bed having direct access to the bathroom and the big walking closet. You will find 2 flat smart screen TVs , one in the bedroom and one in the living room and a full extensible sleeper sofa for a comfortable accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Everything you need is included: high speed internet, USA and Canada unlimited calls, linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, etc. You will also find a “in unit” washer and dryer facility. The apartment is very bright, has good natural light during the day. It is located 5 minutes driving from the famous Clearwater Beach. A few more handicapped parking spaces would help, close to sidewalk entries. Not trying to create parking problems for long term renters. Walking is free exercise, that is a problem for some. If multi-floor facilities don’t have elevators, make that plain to all. Also, lots of us can’t use tubs. Make sure this fact is clear to all. On bathroom icons, use a tub drawing, a tub including a shower icon and if a step-in shower is available,(NO TUB), use a shower stall icon. MAKE EVERYTHING CLEAR AND HONEST. If you become a senior citizen some day you’ll understand. Check the pictures of bathrooms. Notice how they hide tub facilities with a shower curtain. Why ? Lots of people can’t or don’t want to use them. Check out the large Hotel/Motel Corporations that are now building facilities where rooms have step-in or Roll-in showers, NO TUBS in any rooms. It was perfect for us. Five minutes from the beach. Clean and quiet. Have us the ability to make a few of our own special dinners. Great pool time in th evenings. Beautiful balcony with view of the pool. Gated, so we felt pretty safe. Vlad was a super host as well. He answered our questions rapidly and was very kind to us.
