When I arrived at the condo I found a welcome basket which was very nice. I was here to have neck surgery and the recovery was wonderful at the condo. The condo was very quiet and very comfortable. This condo was so cute and very well stocked with everything you need! Not only does it have plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware, but the host also provides snacks and bottled water! What a nice extra touch! There are plenty of nice plush towels, extra blankets, beach towels for the pool and hot tub, and everything is very good quality. It isn’t like most rentals with the bare minimum of cheap stuff. No, this seemed more like a home, and it really makes a difference in comfort level. The beds are very comfy, and the balcony view is great overlooking the intercostal! The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, including Doc Fords right next door. We ate there twice! It was a home away from home. We loved the gift basket that was left for us. The sunsets were amazing. The location was very convenient for us and Doc Ford's being next door was a big bonus. Virginia was such a wonderful person to speak with. I felt like I was talking with my mom. We will definitely rent from her again. This place is amazing! ##### Steven R. The extremely small unit was not clean. I walked around for 20 minutes in bare feet and my feet were dirty. Cutlery in the drawer was dirty. Long black hairs on the bed sheets when bedding was turned down. Long black hair on the bathroom floor. My husband and I both have short hair. The "gym" that I was told existed had three pieces of equipment in a corner of a common room that had filthy carpet. The deck on the condo is adjacent to a causeway so the noise of traffic is constant. You could not have a relaxing chat out on the deck. We stayed one night and left. I paid for two weeks. Asked for a refund but was denied. It was definitely the worst choice I've made in a rental unit and we've rented many. ##### Jacqueline M.
