Visit nearby Caladesi Island State Park, Sand Key, or Clearwater Beach, or walk only steps out the back door onto the beautiful Belleair Beach or heated pool. Sand and ocean, as well as fine dining and entertainment, are readily accessible to you at this luxury condo. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and fun in the sun with the first-floor walk-out to the beach. Grill requires gas tank which I was not about to purchase so grill was unusable. A charcoal one would be better. I purchased a cutting board and 9x13 pan to use. Nice appliances. Good pots and pans. Can easily walk to the beach. We loved that it was on a private beach. The weather was great during our week.
