Unit #415 is located on the 4th floor. It features a shared balcony that overlooks the pool and provides personal seating for two.

It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination.

Accommodations - Standard Double:
This 365-sqaure-foot unit accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 queen-size beds, providing added comfort and flexibility for your stay.
Enjoy a captivating view of the pool - a true people-watcher's paradise. The unit also includes a private bathroom fully stocked with towels and toiletries, a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
Outside, a shared seating area for two offers a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. Daily housekeeping is provided by our dedicated on-site staff so you can sit back, unwind, and enjoy your stay worry-free.

- Minimum Check In Age: 21 (No exceptions)
- Parking: One parking spot per room; parking pass provided at check in
- Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (heated).
- Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Smoking Policy: Effective May 10th, our property will be 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and must be done off-site.
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed
- No refunds for early departure or late arrival

Very congested

Outside our window were cranes and construction. Dirty and noisy. Everyone with the exception of those lucky few that can get a parking spot, must walk blocks and blocks to get to the beach. Our walk was shorter than most, but carrying a cooler, a few chairs and an umbrella made it almost impossible. Traffic was horrible, so we opted to eat at the few places near by. The condo was very clean, and cute as a button, and the pool and grounds were very nice.

Clean and neat room with just what you need. Pool was clean and nice to swim in and used salt water instead of chlorine. The walk to the beach or out to eat was very short.
