This is a split floor plan, with the master in the rear of the house, and the second bedroom in the front. Just a couple of blocks from the Coffeepot Bayou, observe manatees and dolphins or walk to local restaurants and bars. Tree-lined, original brick streets pave the path in this quiet, peaceful family-centric neighborhood. A 5-minute Uber will get you downtown, or 15 minutes to the world-famous St Pete Beach. The master bedroom features a soothing king-platform bed with the most comfortable mattress imaginable, and the second bedroom is equipped with a fantastic queen bed with a memory foam mattress. Enjoy the brilliant amenities like high-speed WiFi, AC, 4K HDTV's in the bedrooms, 8K HDTV, and full Dolby Digital 7.1 Surround in the living room. Washer/Dryer combo in the fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, Ninja air fryer, microwave. Respectable house just take care as if it’s yours. The Coffee Pot bay has manatees at the wall often.
