Across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico! On the Water!!

Clearwater offers a seemingly endless supply of sun and a mild temperate climate. It is ideally situated on the Gulf of Mexico on Florida’s west coast.

Flat screen TV with HD in every room.

This recently built condo is huge (over 1856 s.f.) and is located on the 6th floor of the beautiful Harborview Grande.

Enjoy the 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal waterways.

Have breakfast lunch or dinner on the large balcony and watch the boats go by. The dolphins are optional but we guarantee the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the world!
Also, you will find high-speed wi-fi internet connections throughout the condo.
No Car Needed. Everything is within walking distance. Dining, Pharmacy, Drug Store, Convenience Store, Gas Station, Minigolf, Resorts, Spas, Restaurants, Real Estates offices, etc.
I live in a house 1/2 a mile from this property and I have lived in Milan Italy, Livorno Tuscany, Toronto, Chicago, Montecarlo Principality of Monaco, Salem Indiana,
High Point N.C. and Clearwater Beach.
This beautiful city has been my home for over 30 years. I love it here and I feel blessed every day.
I also own 'Cesare At The Beach', an outstanding Italian restaurant, just 1 block south of the condo.

The condo was perfect our family of 6. More than enough room, beds and bathrooms! Kitchen has everything you could need, the view from the balcony is amazing(tons of dolphins) and it’s a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely need to use a wagon for all your beach equipment. There was one left by previous visitors and we added to it by leaving beach toys! Also it’s right across the street from a market for anything needed! Great trip, great location - highly recommend!

Great location

Check in and location of the condo were great. Host was responsive and provided the information needed. We were able to walk to the beach daily and to other restaurants and shops nearby. We absolutely loved The Deep End restaurant located in the Jw Marriott down the street.

The condo was large, clean, and spacious. The view from the patio was amazing and we enjoyed spending evening out there. It was a short super easy walk to the beach. The only minor inconvenience was there was no hand soap and we ran out of toilet paper. But overall would recommend and stay again!!

Everything was great. The only issues we had were they put the wrong pass code for the gate entry. We, also, needed some kleenex and we found the towels in the dryer. The main shower was great and the condo was huge. Great location, walking distance to everything. Thanks Carlo

Perfect Location-Even better than the pictures!

Lovely location-perfect for walking and when tired, the Jolly Trolley got us where we needed to go. Communication was excellent! Viewed dolphins off the balcony, Taco Bus across the street was a food favorite, and walk to the beach was quick! Beds were comfortable and A/C worked great. My recommendations-would be helpful to have limited seasonings such as salt and pepper, cooking oil spray, dish soap and more kitchen towels.

We will definitely book this condo again. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, & beach. Having 2 parking spots was a plus! Saw lots of dolphins from our balcony & enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Condo was super spacious for all 8 of us.

Love this condo

We had a great stay in this condo. The location is great. I think the best part is the amazing view from the balcony. It really is beautiful. We saw otters and dolphins during our stay. The condo is large and great for everyone to spread out. The master bed was very comfy and shower amazing too. The pool is small but we never used it, just went to the beach! Great restaurants right outside your door. Can't beat it! We appreciated the covered parking when we arrived as there was a downpour.

Wonderful getaway.

Perfect location, close enough to walk to everything but just off the beaten path enough to relax and get away from the crowds. We watched the dolphins play in the back yard daily and even saw an otter. Very relaxing to sit on the back patio and watch the boats. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

5-10 minute walk from the beach

Condo had everything we wanted. Beds are comfortable. Traffic near the condo is very heavy. Fortunately many restaurants are within walking distance. Beach is very crowded.

We LOVED our stay here! The view was amazing, we watched the sunrise over the bay every morning. The property was super clean and had lots of room for our large family!
