He had everything ready for us and was also so friendly! We knew if we had any problems, he would be on it! Walking into the condo was stunning! The place was beautiful and well supplied with new appliances, kitchen items, bedding, TVs, and had every beach and pool item you could think of! From a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids, and just everything you could need. The balcony was amazing, with plenty of seating for all, and we enjoyed dolphins and manatees daily! It was such an easy walk to the beach, beach shops, beach stores, market, and restaurants! Perfect location and a perfect condo! Looking forward to coming back, I will recommend Harbor View to all of my friends and family! The size of the condo was outstanding; it was as completely equipped as could possibly be imagined. The location was great; we were able to walk to several nearby restaurants which was important. The condo was clean and had an outstanding marina view. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice place to relax after a day on the beach or at the ballgame. Finally, the host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. I do not hesitate to recommend this waterfront condo for a stay in Clearwater Beach. ##### Timothy B. Large patio with plenty of furniture, great washer & dryer, and comfortable beds. Parking was easy. Condo is located 1/2 mile from a wonderful part of the beach. Such an easy walk! The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a beach wagon to pull.We used the pool & hot tub one day. They were nice enough, but nothing to make them extra memorable. Seeing dolphins in the bay was absolutely amazing, and the beach was just a five-minute walk away. The condo had everything we needed to comfortably accommodate our big family, including a well-equipped kitchen for making meals. It was close to shops, within walking distance to our excursions, and perfectly located for our holiday stay. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.
