Breathtaking View of John's Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. You won't be disappointed when you walk in the door of this beautiful coastal unit. Updated throughout with new laminate flooring, new baths, and kitchen with new granite countertops and all the necessary cooking equipment to cook a meal for the family. This 1350 square foot unit easily and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Two Full beds in Master Bedroom, Two Full beds in second bedroom and another Full size bed in the third bedroom. All rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Master bedroom and guest bedroom have large smart TVs provided for the comfort of guests who want to snuggle in and watch a late night movie. Free highspeed wifi internet is available so you can "work from home" if you need to. For those who want a front row seat to the best view of Madeira Beach, then stepping out on to the private balcony is where you need to go. Comfortable seating to watch the waves crash against the coast and feel the warm gulf breezes. Currently this unit does not offer a washer and dryer. Community laundry is located on the 3rd floor. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to our onsite office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches, heated swimming pool AND BBQ facilities, but also it is just across the street from John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. John's Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. The elevator was broken it took 30mins every time we went to the condo. The one bathroom tub had black stuff coming up from the drain and the water pressure was bad. If you’re looking for combination of views and easy access to dining and shopping this unit is perfect! Unfortunately, the elevator had spotty trouble then was completely out for part of a day but they got it working the same day. This unit is very well stocked with kitchen supplies (more than any other rental I’ve been in!). Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Only issues were that the fridge water/ice functions didn’t work (and we were told maintenance could not fix this) and that the coffee pot leaked. For anyone looking at this place, give it some serious thought though if the elevator is not yet fixed. There are a LOT of stairs!! ##### Tina B.
