Located in a quiet neighborhood near world famous Honeymoon Island, the Pinellas Trail, and many golf courses. Surrounded by Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater, and Safety Harbor. Enjoy a seafood dinner and a walk on the beach, all within minutes of the house. The master bedroom has a king size sleep number bed. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other features two twin beds. For additional privacy, there is a pocket door that can separate the back bedroom and pool bath from the remainder of the house. There is a beautiful kitchen equipped with the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal, with place settings for 8\. There is also plastic ware for kids, with a highchair and pack n play in the center bedroom closet. Coffee and tea are available for your enjoyment. The house has a split plan layout. There is plenty of space for everyone with a living room, family room and dining area. Large screened back patio for outside dining. \*\*\*Please note there IS NO kiddie fence around the pool. However, the pool access sliding glass doors and pool bath door each have two locks. The patio screen door is also equipped with two separate locks. The pool IS NOT heated. PLEASE SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DON'T LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED. Netflix is available on the televisions located in the master bedroom, living room, and family room. The entire house is available to you except for the garage. They were so happy to have space to themselves as well as multiple tvs so that we didn’t all have to watch the same things. The outdoor pool was a great feature though nighttime swimming wasn’t possible as the pool light was not functioning. Everything that we needed was provided and it was great being able to do laundry before departure so that that wasn’t a dreaded task once getting back home. We spent the majority of our time in the Dunedin and Clearwater areas and this property allowed us to be close enough for a comfortable drive yet far enough away from the huddle and bustle of the beach areas. The home is very much as advertised and nicely maintained. I feel this home is priced just right and a good "bang for your buck" any higher and I would say otherwise. I picked this home for the pool, location, price and high reviews. Communication with Kathy started well from the beginning. There was one issue though that put quiet a damper on one of our days. A tree trimming company was scheduled of all days on a day we were staying. I was informed prior to our stay that the front yard tree would be getting trimmed. I was fine with that and Kathy very nicely left a $75 gift card for breakfast. We left early afternoon as they were finishing up the tree. We made a nice visit to clearwater beach then headed back after a couple of hours to use the pool as we had a couple if friends going to swim with us. To our suprise when we returned they had moved to the backyard with their equipment to cut down an entire tree by the pool.... This put quiet a damper on the rest of our afternoon. Canceling the friends coming over and trying to enjoy the pool while the chainsaws were going for hours. This wouldnt have been a huge issue if we were informed in the morning or day before. We would have stayed at the beach longer and made other plans. Overall this home and owners (they live next door) were nice. I would recommend and stay here again! ##### Tom C.
