There will be workmen on site and scaffolding erected. PENTHOUSE UNIT! Gulf & Beach View, Top Floor, 2/2 on Beach, sleeps 6! Sunset Vistas is a beautiful beachfront resort in Treasure Island that features many guest amenities to make your vacation a very special time! This 2 bedroom 2 bath Beachfront condo sleeps 6, and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach from inside the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for cooking and preparing your food. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a King Bed with bathroom ensuite, the guest room has a Queen Bed, with the second bath off of the living area. The living room has a Queen sized pull out sofa bed for the 5th and 6th guest (surcharges apply on 5th and 6th guest). Sunset Vistas amenities include an adult pool and a kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, an onsite Cafe, a pool/beach Bar, an onsite gym, an office workstation, and a ping pong table, but, of course, the best part is that you will be staying directly on Treasure Island Beach, named one of the nicest Beaches in the World! The main pool is geo-thermal heated. You'll be within approximately an hour's drive to nationally renowned family venues such as Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and Tropicana Field. Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk is a mile away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is a 9 mile drive. Guests enjoy a host of resort amenities, such as a large private resort pool, whirlpool spas, and a children's pool. You'll have access to the fitness center, the tropical courtyard, and one (1) reserved parking place (parking pass to be put on dashboard). Parking is covered and located entirely under building cover. Sorry, we cannot help with parking for any additional vehicles, however, check with the front desk, and they may possibly issue a parking pass for an additional car, however this is not guaranteed. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding! We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival. Garage clearance is 6ft 8inches. If you have a vehicle that is taller than that 6'8'', you will need to try to find an open "guest parking" spot which are super limited. There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on. If you had a question they would email you back the same day. The place was roomy and loved the open concept. I definitely would recommend trying this place. Thank you for a great time concept. Just a stone’s throw from John’s Pass boardwalk, the walking/biking trail, so many restaurants, shopping, and more! The condo was great and we loved the provided beach chairs. The ping pong table was a nightly activity before bed, and we enjoyed the iced coffee in the cafe. The beach was perfect, and a much better distance from the condo doors than most of the other condos we walked by on the trail. Their beaches were much deeper and a further walk to the water. Right off the elevator so convenient to the parking. Pool and hot tubs were nice and close to John's Pass for food and shopping and water sports it boat rides. The family that owns the café business served delicious food and drinks and they are hopeful to get the beach bar back up and running ASAP. As far as the unit goes, it was clean and as described in the listing. The hot and cold water are backwards in the master, so that was tricky to figure out. Also, we had to figure out the thermostat because we had to turn the heat on as our week was cold. But bonus, the elevator closest to us got restored during our stay so that was really nice. Though the outside of the building could use some updating, the place we stayed was nice and clean. Only few things we would have changed would be working elevators (the nearest one was broken which we were informed ahead of time was in the works to be repaired after our stay) and a working tv (there were issues with getting connected to the new WiFi - it ended up getting fixed within a few days). It was at a hotel level of cleanliness which is not always the case in my experience. The place was large enough to accommodate me, my wife, and our two young children. The proximity to the beach was great and the unit’s access very near the elevator (but not too close to be bothered by it) was a nice bonus. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. In reference to other reviews, if you know the area of Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Pass A Grille, there are few to zero direct properties on the beach, aside from the multimillion homes on the beach. So, this stay was perfect. Great view of the beach, literally off the elevator onto the beach steps. So, you cannot ask for more if you want a true beach stay. The condo is convenient to the elevator, which was crucial in our stay, as we had one in our party who is handicapped. Just a note to those that do stay, pick up ice before you come to the condo, there is not an ice machine on property, and the fridge does not dispense ice. It was beautiful and clean. There’s an ice cream place right next to it if you’re into that the beach is gorgeous and it’s literally right on the beach. We didn’t use the pool much, but it had a pool and it looked like a pretty nice little bar right next to it. Only issue we had was do not use the dryer until you confirm. It’s not gonna damage your clothing. We had some black marks on our clothing several pieces that came from the dryer somewhere, but we cannot figure out where. And it was not the owners fault or the person managing the condo. We didn’t even mention it to them because we didn’t wanna make a big deal about it because the place was so nice. ##### Tony C.
