This was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. The location was superb. All you could ask for right across the street at John’s Pass dining and shopping. The pool side was clean with plenty of lounge chairs and covered tables and grills . The beach was just steps away from the pool with chairs and umbrellas to rent. There was this wonderful Fruit Boat that floated right up to the beach to get fruity drinks (pineapple, watermelon or coconut) I will for sure recommend to all friends and will be staying again in the future. Property was very close to many good restaurants and shopping. This property is centrally located between Clearwater and St. Pete. Walk to restaurants and shopping across the street, beach access steps away, a nice pool on location and views of the beach. As others mentioned the unit is dated, but clean.
