Gulf side Cottage is a well appointed large size studio with extra large walk-in tiled shower, Comfy King size bed, 40’ flat screen TV and central air. Kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots and pans and all the essentials you will need for your stay..

PRIVATE Parking, a necessity on the beach.

A Tropical landscaped courtyard with BBQ grill awaits you for grilling and chilling . Enjoy your meals in the courtyard or on another patio with direct Gulf views or just grab a book and relax on a lounge chair.

Perfect beach getaway
The location of this property couldn’t be more perfect. It is located on a quiet street just steps from the beach. We stayed in the downstairs studio and it is adorable. Very well decorated and the floor plan was very well thought out. The attention to detail blew us away. There is not a thing that was not thought of. Pack your clothes, some sunscreen, a hair brush, and toothbrush and go. Everything else from shampoo and soap to beach chairs and a cooler are there. We met Linda the owner our first full day there and she is amazing. She showed us around, gave us background on the house and the area and offered her assistance if we needed any help. We could not have asked for a better host or better place to spend a week in paradise.

Our week was fantastic! The house was stocked with beach essentials like towels, cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella. It's very close to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet but it's just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

This our 2nd year in a row Staying with Linda and it has always been the best money I ever spent . Everything on the property and around town is very convenient. This property is a slice of heaven and we will go back every year !

Perfect Little Place On The Beach!
Cute little cottage on the beach with a lot of thought into the amenities offered. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and more! A perfect place on the beach to relax away from the crowds. We'll definitely return! Please be sure to purchase travel insurance that will reimburse for inclement weather such as tropical storms and hurricanes. The travel insurance offered on VRBO did not cover TS/Hurricane Debby.

Amazing location!
The unit we stayed in was just as the pictures showed, we had everything we needed & more! The little things like sunscreen, after sun lotion & the cool aloe jelly left in the fridge, these were so thoughtful of the owners. Highly recommend staying here!! We will stay again. The communication & checkin was perfect!

The place was just as advertized. Very comfortable with the right amenities. The location was perfect - away from central clearwater beach, but within a short walking distance. We are already making plans for a return trip. The owner was available for any issues, but we had none.

Thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay - a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, two cozy chairs for reading, talking, or watching TV, a walk in shower, and plenty of hooks, baskets, and closet space. Large studio, comfortable bed, VERY close to the beach, chairs and umbrella provided were perfect, bbq is charcoal. The location in North beach is perfect for anyone wanting to be a little away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to everything. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops are accessible on foot or you can rent a bike. Communication with owner was perfect. We would definitely rent again.
