From arrival, the host (Liam) was so friendly, welcoming and informative. We arrived well before check-in, but were allowed to park our car there while spending our day at the beach. The room was clean and cozy. The facilities are older so some may find the appliances and such to be dated, but it totally worked for our group. The beach is a short walk. A short drive to the Baycare Ballpark made this quick trip for Spring Training well worth it. Several nights spent around the heated pool topped off this trip! This place was perfect. We were exhausted and stressed and this place was just the right place to unwind. It was clean and confortable. The unit is older than it appears in the pics but is a great little spot and so close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, relatively quiet unit not near parking - only disturbance is when garbage trucks empty containers across the street. the pool was not clean and the mgr said he would address that. ##### Andrea E. We had two stove burners that went out and I let him know about that, and he offered to fix it right away the next day. I turned down the offer as we were leaving a day later, but I was very impressed with how fast he was available to make the situation better and how he was very responsive to my message or any messages/questions that I had.
